In the Being Your Best Self Introductory course, you will learn how to start stepping into who you want to be now! Through Module 1: Be. Do. Have, you will determine who you want to be right now. Through Module 2: Failure, you will learn how to embrace failure and be excited about the growth opportunities that failures bring you. Through Module 3: I Am, you will use the powerful words “I am” to step into your best self now.
Each module has a short video, a written exercise where you will dive deeper into the topic, guidance to practice what you are learning so that you can internalize it, and a recorded question and answer call. There are also 3 bonus videos, which include a guided visualization, guidance on how to change your feelings during a bad situation, and how to overcome the pitfalls of comparisons. You will have lifetime access to these materials and can work at your own pace.

After the initial, personalized course development process (which will take about 45-60 minutes), the time commitment is only about 10-20 minutes once or twice a week, but the most important commitment is in practicing what you just learned as you go through your daily life. How This Course Works:
After you register, you will complete a series of surveys. Through these surveys, we will gain an understanding of where you are now, where you want to be, and the areas of your life that have contributed both to you being your best self and not being your best self. Based on this information, your personalized course will be created for you.
Next, your Level 1 course list will populate, and you can begin your course. There are 3 levels and each of your levels will have between 10-18 exercises, depending on your specific needs and desires.
The program works best when you complete one exercise once or twice a week. Most exercises will take 10-20 minutes to complete, and then you will practice implementing what you have learned throughout the next few days. To support you in your practice and in truly internalizing what you are learning, you may sign up to receive 1-3 text messages daily that will prompt you to practice what you learned in the last exercise you completed.
